After sporadic posts for the last four months, I believe I’m finally back onboard with blogging!
For that last four months, I’ve been hurling along the rails of high-speed writing travel.
In November I jumped on the NaNoWriMo train, writing a 50k word novel about a girl who lost her mother three years earlier and has more problems than just her father’s attempts to become acquainted with other women.
In December I changed trains, riding a devotional express that stopped at the end of January, when I completed my manuscript for A Month of Sundays: 31 Devotions for Daily Rest.
And in February, I hopped aboard the one-year devotional excursion by writing the first section ofOne Year of Devotions for Faithful Families.
On February 28, I received word that A Month of Sundays had been “enthusiastically and officially” accepted for publication with Reformation Heritage Books.
While the Faithful Families excursion pauses at a depot, I’m off the train taking a deep breath of fresh air before reboarding.
I hope to continue blogging during its regularly scheduled stops.
Whatever trains God calls you to board today, I hope he blesses you with happy travels!
